Our Strategic Plan 2024-28
Find out how we’ll grow our impact on the lives of children and young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
By setting a bold ambition to strengthen our impact and expand our reach, our five-year strategy will build on our unique service model and ensure we deliver even better outcomes for young Australians in need.
In many ways, the need has never been greater. Children and young people aged 12 to 24 make up a staggering 23% of Australia’s total homeless population, according to the 2021 Census. Disconnection from school is on the rise among children and young people experiencing disadvantage, and growing numbers of First Nations young people are in need of support.
Here’s how we’ll meet these challenges.
