Life skills & personal growth
We offer children and young people a range of opportunities to develop practical living skills and social skills for a positive and independent future.
We go beyond meeting the immediate needs of children and young people, helping them move into adulthood with the tools that will help them thrive.
What we offer
- General living skills programs that cover topics such as budgeting, time management, cooking, goal setting, finding employment and accessing support services
- Therapeutic life skills programs that combine practical life skills and peer support with therapeutic interventions such as art, exercise, self-care and music therapy
- Individual casework support for young people suspended from school, working with them to make positive life choices and address any underlying causes of the suspension
- Service learning activities and volunteering, giving young people the opportunity to give back to their community and develop stronger social connections
