Online donations

We record on our fundraising database the donor’s name, address, email, telephone, and amount donated. Our fundraising database is protected by secure user IDs and passwords, to help protect it from misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Online shop

This website is enabled for online purchasing using a secure platform called WooCommerce. However, despite the security on the website, you should be aware that there are risks in transferring information across the internet.

Security of your credit card

Card payments are not processed on our website. The information is captured directly by our online payment service provider, Stripe, who will encrypt your card or bank account details in a secure environment.

Your connection to our website is secured with a RapidSSL TLS certificate.

    • If you create a fundraising page for a community fundraising event for Youth Off The Streets or participate in a Youth Off The Streets fundraiser or event, you may be directed to a website hosted by another provider such as Raiser’s Edge, Grassrootz, or GoFundMe. That website will collect your personal information and their Privacy Policy and Privacy Collection Statement will be available on their website.  
    • If you access the Resilience Ride web page, you consent to the collection of your data by a third party. This practice will allow our media partner, Bench Media, to place pixels for conversion tracking and enhance the targeting of visitors.
    • You can contact YOTS to check the validity of any third -party connections.
