Thank you so much to all of you who showed kindness to homeless and disadvantaged young people at Christmas.
Your generosity has provided urgent care and support at a time of year when many vulnerable kids feel at their loneliest and lowest.
It pains me to see what these young people go through on a daily basis. For those kids who have no families to turn to that Christmas can be particularly tough.
Sharing a meal, having someone to talk to and feeling safe – these are the things our young people really value. It’s the little miracles that make life worthwhile and you, our wonderful supporters, made this happen.
You are creating more positive moments in the lives of homeless and vulnerable young people. Thank you.
Your kindness helped them find hope and courage to look forward to a brighter future. For this, I am sincerely grateful.
We also received hundreds of your heartfelt messages of hope which we sent to our young people. It’s wonderful to see the looks on their faces when they read such kind words of support.
They are a wonderful reminder that no matter how horrible things may seem, there are always people out there who care.
Our annual Christmas hamper drive was a great success. I’m extremely appreciative to everyone who offered their time and donations to help us deliver essential food items and care packages to hundreds of families who are struggling.
Once again, I can’t thank you enough for the generosity and support you showed our young people at a time they needed it most.
I feel truly blessed to have such wonderful supporters by my side.
