You may have heard that last Wednesday was Do Something day – an initiative held by ClubsNSW every year. This Do Something Day we had some fantastic support from local clubs such as Wenty Leagues who donated a heap of sporting equipment to our outreach services and Guildford Leagues Club who also did a collection for our services. But did you know that ClubsNSW supports us throughout the entire year?
At Youth Off The Streets we recognise the importance of local communities and the backing from ClubsNSW has been a great help. Most recently, as part of Do Something Day, ClubsNSW took part in our Food Van, delivering food to homeless people in Kings Cross.
ClubsNSW are generous supporters of a number of our outreaches across the state as well as Sponsors of our major event, the Gala Dinner. Registered clubs also kindly contribute through ClubGRANTS in the communities we work.
ClubsNSW enable us to reach out to kids on local communities and help them achieve greatness. Their long term support and in parocular their generosity around Do Something Day means that we can continue our services and help those in need.
Father Chris Riley believes that ClubsNSW bring great value to Youth Off The Streets.
“ClubsNSW is one of our biggest supporters of our outreach programs and I cannot be more thankful for all they have done. Through their generosity we have been able to connect with kids and help them make positive life choices” says Father Chris Riley.
