Sydney To Surfers begins – a test of endurance

April 29, 2017

The annual Sydney to Surfers Bike Ride is kicking off today. The riders are leaving Hornsby for the endurance ride. Our young people learn a lot about themselves over the next seven days.

This year we have 11 students, 5 staff and 1 volunteer heading up the coast and riding, on average, 140kms a day from Sydney through to Bulahdelah, North Haven, Nambucca Heads, Grafton, Ballina and finishing off in South Port on Friday 5 May.

We have 141 riders taking part who are encouraged to fundraise for Youth Off The Streets, as we are lucky enough to be the beneficiary of the event.

This is the Youth Off The Streets team’s online fundraising page: https://sydneytosurfers2017.everydayhero.com/au/team-youth-off-the-streets-2

Please dig deep and show your support of these amazing young people who are taking up this challenge.
