On Wednesday 26 October Youth Off The Streets held their bi-annual morning tea at EDEN Gardens.
The day featured speeches from Father Chris Riley, CEO and Founder of Youth Off The Streets, followed musical performances by young people of Youth Off The Streets’ Schools.
The EDEN Gardens staff put on a fantastic event with all those that attended having a great time. Youth Off The Streets and EDEN Gardens provided lots of prizes, raffles, food and music during the event. Several guests also had the opportunity to meet and greet Father Chris Riley, and hear him speak of the troubles our young people face.
Youth Off The Streets continues to work with some of Australia’s most disadvantaged young people, and events like this are a way for us to share some of the work we do and say thank you to those who support us.
Youth Off The Streets is extremely thankful for the support received from EDEN Gardens, not only did they provide the beautiful garden for the event, but they also raised $1000 for Youth Off The Streets with their Gnome Roam.
Keep an eye out for our EDEN Gardens morning tea next year; we hope to make the event even bigger!
